Bigson Co., Ltd. established in 1999, of Bucheonsi Korea, as a manufacturer of TFT LCD mobile video, Monitor with DVD player, Portable DVD combo, DVR system, CCTV Monitors, CCD sensor camera, car device products more than 50 items, has 45 employees in the field of software/hardware(board design and instrument) development, production design, consulting and sales/marketing. BIGSON is well known one of leading manufacturer of mobile video products with own strong R & D and QC.
Research & Development
Our R & D team with great reputation from our customers by a step ahead technology and various support, consists of production designer, instrument, board designer and soft programer more than 15 years of experience in this field. We creates 8 to 10 new items every year with an annual investment more than US$ 1.5 million.
We try our best to develop products with competitive prices to meet various customer needs in market. So that continuously we try to communicates with our customers directly or through marketing department to hear market needs. Idea meeting->Design - Electric circuit and instrument development->ES manufacture->P.P->Estimation->M.P.
Quality control
Our QC operation is partially conducted in-house and reliable subcontractors. Our in-house QC staff is consist of experienced engineers, technicians and production staff trained to perform QC inspections. Raw materials, components, and finished goods are inspected in compliance with AQL MIL-STD 105E LEVEL II Mayer 2.5 and Minor 4.0.
We measures and reports our 100 material suppliers once of every month based on ISO-9001. The result of strict quality management, we got materials with more than 99% of yield rate. It cause of that our finished goods has less than 1% of defective rate.
